3.2 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your login credentials, password, and account is entirely your responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted from your account — even if someone else uses it. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the sc999 support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

Funds can currently be deposited on the sc999 platform via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. sc999 may hold any deposit request pending until it has been verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Guidelines may apply requiring withdrawals to be made through the same method — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — used for the original deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

sc999 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus offer comes with specific terms. The following conditions always apply:

  • Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Claiming multiple bonus offers at the same time is not permitted, unless sc999 explicitly states otherwise.
  • Funds received through a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
  • sc999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of fraud or misuse is found.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.3 Technical Errors

In any situation arising from a software or hardware malfunction, sc999 reserves the right to make a decision — such as voiding a bet or returning credits. Such decisions will be considered final.

sc999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

  • Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are at sc999's discretion and are determined based on a member's platform usage and activity. VIP benefits are subject to wagering requirements consistent with the bonus policy.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
